You can browse the full catalog and every product's technical data without an account. To request quotes, order samples, and place orders you need a free business account — pricing on our platform is quoted per customer, quantity, and destination.

2. Fill in your business details and submit.
3. Our team reviews and approves new accounts within 72 hours — you will receive a confirmation email when yours is active.

Raw-material pricing depends on quantity, packaging, destination, and current market conditions, so we don't publish list prices. Instead:

1. Add products to your quote and press Request Quote.
2. Your sales agent prices it and sends the quote back — you will see it in your account and by email.
3. Approve the quote to turn it into an order.

Quoted prices are FOB port of origin + freight + tariffs and duties (when applicable) unless your agent specifies otherwise.

1. Quote Requested — you build a quote and submit it.
2. Quote Sent — your agent returns it priced; a proforma invoice (PI) is available to download.
3. Quote Approved — you accept; the order moves to payment.
4. Payment Pending → Processing → Shipped → Completed — you receive an email update at every status change.

Yes — while it is still in Quote Requested status you can edit it freely from your account. Once your agent has priced it, contact them (reply to the quote email or use the contact form) and they will adjust it for you.

Products are supplied in full pallets; each product page shows the net kg per pallet, and the quantity selector steps by that amount. Quantities that don't complete a pallet are possible — for example a mixed pallet for industrial trials — and your sales agent will confirm them in the quote.

Yes — as long as they ship from the same port of origin (shown on each product page), they can share a container. Products from different origins need separate orders.

As you build an order, the 3D container view shows how your pallets fill the container — so you can top up quantities to use the space (and freight) you're already paying for.

Yes. Mark Request Sample when adding a product to your quote and your sales agent will arrange a laboratory sample. Samples are free of charge, up to 1 kg per product. When your lab work leads to an industrial-scale trial, your agent can set up a trial order as well.

Every product has a Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) — key technical data is on each product page, and documents are available through your agent. Each shipment is accompanied by its Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Yes — behind every product in our catalog there is a professional technician. Ask through the contact form or your sales agent and we will route your question to the right specialist. We respond within 72 hours.

We arrange the freight for every order: your sales agent quotes ocean freight to your destination port — plus tariffs and duties when applicable — as part of your quote. Customers do not arrange their own freight.

Each product page shows its production lead time in days; transit time depends on your destination port. Your agent confirms the full schedule — production plus sailing — in your quote, and you will get status updates as the order progresses.

Terms are agreed with your sales agent per order — typically 100% in advance, 30% advance / 70% on delivery, Letter of Credit at sight, or Net 30/60 for established customers.

With this tool, you can search by type, application, sub-application, and product name. You can use all of these options, a selection of some of them, or simply by name in the textbox at the right side of the product selector.

A third way to search for products is by industry.

Simply click on your industry of interest and you will be taken to our catalog page already filtering the products for said industry.

Once you get to our catalog page, you can further refine your search using the filters provided there.
