Hydrolysis Stabilizer AWR-02
Anti-hydrolysis agent that can effectively restrain the mechanical property degradation of TPU, polyester polyurethane adhesives, and polyurethane shoe-sole systems based on polyester polyols, caused by hydrolysis.
AWR-02 is a new anti-hydrolysis agent that can effectively restrain the mechanical property degradation of TPU, polyester polyurethane adhesives, and polyurethane shoe-sole systems based on polyester polyols, caused by hydrolysis.
In addition, AWR-02 can close the active carboxyl-terminated end of the polyester.
Furthermore, it can repair the amputated molecules by cross-linking with carboxyl groups, thereby prolonging the service life of the products.

Typical Applications:

AWR-02 can significantly improve the anti-hydrolysis resistance (tensile strength, elongation, melt viscosity and acid content) of TPU, polyester polyurethane adhesives, and polyurethane automotive and shoe-sole systems based on polyester polyols.
