HD-PM70 is a masterbatch containing 70% of a mineral filler and a medium concentration of white pearlescent pigment. It has low density and provides improved dead fold and good UV-barriers properties.

It generates almost no shiny spots defects on high output machine equipped with cascade extruders as main extrusion system and is suitable for metallisable films.

The white opaque film can be made as plain or as coextruded film.

HD-PM70 is compatible with PP homopolymer used for the production of very heavy gauge film and white pearlized BOPP films on stenter lines.
